What to check before choosing

The package in front of you

These figures describe the named U.S. varieties, with labels checked September 17, 2026. Brands can change recipes and serving sizes. If your package differs, use its label.

Each card links to its source: the manufacturer page or, for L’oven Fresh, the ALDI listing on Instacart. Two-slice and 100 g values are calculated from those labels and rounded to two decimal places. They are not separate laboratory measurements. ThinSlim uses 1 oz, converted to approximately 28.35 g.

Price for a comparable amount

Open Add the price I found on each card and enter the package price and net weight. Use the same currency and approach to shipping costs. We calculate price ÷ grams × 100. Decimal points and commas are accepted. Your entries are not saved when you reload the page.

Look beyond the carb number

Check ingredients, allergens, and the amount you will eat. A 0 g net-carb figure does not mean the bread contains no total carbohydrate or guarantee a particular glucose response. The American Diabetes Association explains the limits of net carbs.
