WEEKLY MEAL PLANNER

What are you eating this week?

Last updated:

Choose your meals, set how many people you are cooking for, and take your shopping list with you. Make room for the bread you enjoy.

Build a week that works for you

Start from scratch or fill empty slots with an example week. Use each menu to change a meal. The quantities are a starting point: adjust them to your appetite and what you have at home.

This number applies to every meal you select.

These ideas include egg, milk, fish, soy and, depending on the product, sesame or other allergens. Check each option and every label, including the bread. Choose “My own meal” to add a different meal and list its ingredients below.

    Before you shop

The list adds up ingredients from your selected meals and multiplies them by the number of people. Quantities are amounts to use, not package sizes. Chicken is weighed cooked, tuna drained, and avocado without skin or pit. These weights do not translate directly into raw or undrained amounts to buy.

Check your pantry and add any condiments you like. Snacks, drinks, and your own meals only appear if you add them in the notes.

Choose your bread and check your carbs

Meals with bread use whichever variety you buy. This planner does not calculate calories or carbs, or guarantee a daily limit. To count carbs, check quantities and nutrition for every ingredient, including toppings. Use our net carb calculator.

These are meal-planning ideas, not a personalized menu or recipes tested by LessCarby. Adjust portions and preparation to suit your needs.
